    Where are they?

I was just reading Cindy's blog and she mentioned scrapping this weekend. I really miss getting together with a group of other scrappers and playing with our photos and paper. I do meet with other paper artists each week, but it isn't scrap time. I have a huge and lovely cabana room available to me here at our condos and would love to scrap with others there. But how do I find scrappers in Bellevue, Washington? Does anyone have any ideas to share with me?

Just completed another layout from a challenge in Cynthia's book. This book really has my creative juices running again. I felt like I was in a never ending slump and that is definetly over. Yeah!!! Anyway here is the latest from the same challenge as yesterdays layout only this is one of my favorite things. This is my list of materials. I used PSE 6 . The paper is Aqinnah, from Designer Digitals Esthers papers, the heart and bow areby Michelle Coleman from the Memory Makers Bohemian kit and the font is Chaucer.

Yeah it is a large farm community. But that's Ohio for you! My boss just called today and asked me to work tomorrow. I'm not mad, just means more yarn in the end!

I also did not know there were books out about Scrapbooking Mysteries! I love to read Mary Higgins Clark books, I am going to have to find one of Laura Childs' books!

The crop isn't far, it is sponsored by my local scrap shop. I also have a couple of girl friends that we try to get together as often as possible to scrap. Do you have a local Scrapbook Shop? If so you might could ask to put up a flyer or they might even do crops. Or you can do what I did, convert your friends! I talked them into coming over and trying it then they were hooked! One of them just won the "Friends" book that was given away. It is a lot of fun to be able to crop with good friends. I will let you know how much I get done this weekend. I am still working on a vacation I took LAST year!

Thanks for your comments on my "Cut Loose" layouts. It was really a lot of fun doing something different!! And the Chipmunk is my son. He is the cut up in the family. The double page layout was really fun to do and I have page planned to do two more @ my crop this weekend.
